Article Processing Charges
The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support editorial management, peer review, copyediting, layout editing, and online publication. All publication fees are charged only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

APC Waiver and Discount Policy
The journal may grant partial or full APC waivers in specific circumstances to support equitable access to scholarly publishing.
- Invited articles from distinguished international scholars
- Selected papers from academic conferences or special issues
- Authors from low-income countries (based on editorial evaluation)
- Special contributions with significant research impact
All waiver decisions are determined at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
Payment Policy
If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will receive an official invoice from the editorial office. The APC covers editorial processing, peer review management, copyediting, layout preparation, and online publication.
